성전 뜰 남쪽에 있었던 예수 시대의 행각도
마잘 교수팀이 성전 산에서 발굴하였고, 좌측의
계단은 예수께서 성전 뜰로 들어가고 나오실 때 사용하셨던 입구이다.
그리고 이 곳이 바로 예수께서 동전교환 상들을 뒤엎으셨던 곳이다.
A sketch of the "Stoa"--The Southern
Building of the Temple Court
Part of which was discovered by Prof. Mazar's team at the Temple
Mount. This is the site where Jesus overthrew the tables of the
moneychangers.
The ancient stairway, which Jesus used when
entering and exiting the Temple Court, was also discovered during
Prof. Mazar's excavations. |
